3. Explore
I explored many kinds of cases. I wanted a case that had was strong, durable, and was easy to use. I looked at all kinds of cases that had the desires of what my customer wanted.

4. Define
The design I chose to create was the style of just a contemporary case and simple. The case would be a hard exterior which provides the phone much protection from falling. The material I chose was a gold colored aluminum. Aluminum is a material that is strong, light, attractive, and is not too flexible so the phone won’t slide around. The way the phone case will be designed is the phone will slide into the case, then clip into the case.

5. Ideate These are some of my starting sketch designs.

6. Refine
After I chose this design, I began to start using the Inventor software to create the case. When I was creating the case, I found that my prototype had been to big for the phone itself. Because of this, I had to create a whole new case with all new dimensions which was a bit hectic. I fixed the size of the phone case which worked perfectly after some adjustments were made.
