2 e-Business – Manage Users
Only Primary User is authorized to manage other users under his/her company. After sign-in, Primary User should click on “Manage Users” that is located on the left side.

3 e-Business – Manage Users
Current users are listed below. Primary user can edit or delete any of them and create a new one as well. Number of users in total including the Primary User can’t exceed five (5).

4 e-Business – Create New Users
Upon click on “Create” button, a new page will be opened to enter the new user’s information. Click on “Submit” button to create the user.

5 e-Business – Edit Users
Primary User can edit/delete existing users and assign roles to them.

6 e-Business – User Status
Primary User can activate & deactivate other users. Upon certain number of failed sign-in attempts, the user is blocked. Primary User has the authority to re-activate the blocked user.

7 e-Business – User Role (Assign/Revoke)
Primary User can select the proper role and assign it to the user by click on “Add Role” button. Example 1: “RFP Bidder” Role is required for the user to be authorized for eBidding against RFP Tenders. Example 2: “RFQ Bidder” Role is required for the user to be authorized for eBidding against RFQ Tenders. Attention For (RFP/RFQ Bidder Role) !! Each RFP/RFQ Bidder Role can be assigned only to one user. Example: You can’t assign RFP Bidder Role to two different users (UserA, UserB).

8 e-Business – User Role “RFQ Bidder” Role is added to the user in this example. The user became authorized to bid on-line (eBidding) against any RFQ Tender. Role can be revoked

9 e-Business –Bidding Password
User of “RFP/RFQ Bidder” Role is requested to create additional bidding password. It is required for the eBidding Process (It is required when saving or submitting bids). In case this password has not yet been created, the user will get a message on top after sign-in to create the bidding password.

10 e-Business – Bidding Password
The user -at any time- can create/change bidding password by click on the “RFP/RFQ Bidding Settings” on the left side depending on the role assigned to him/her.

11 e-Business – Changing Bidding Password
Attention !! Changing the bidding password shall result in deleting all bids which were uploaded but not yet submitted. The “RFP/RFQ Bidder” User is required accordingly to re-upload bids. Already submitted bids shall not be impacted by changing the bidding password.
