4 Road Travel Most important means of moving people in Canada.

5 Rail Travel Travel by train was most common in Canada until World War II. This changed after WWII: more people owned cars, highways were improved, and air travel became more common.

6 Air Travel More important in Canada than in most countries due to great distances. Deregulation in the 1990’s greatly changed air travel by increasing competition. Advantages and Disadvantages? (List)
