Encourage good sportsmanship
Make it fun and enjoyable

9. Parent’s Meeting Playing time
Expectations about practices and the season (Be honest and realistic)
Expectations about pre-game warm-ups/etc.
Introduce 24 Hour Rule for after games
Talk about game day conduct and behavior on the touchline
Tell them to be mindful about what they tell their children

10. Expectations Expectations & Responsibilities
It is expected that you will handle all interactions with referees, coaches, parents, and players in a professional manner. This included social media. You are a representative of this club.
Coaches:
To organize and develop the team for higher level competition.
Provide fun and enjoyable soccer experience
Foster a love for the game
Manager:
Assist with all administrative duties of the team. COMMUNICATION!!

11. Please plan ahead and don’t wait till the last minute.
Club Passing Protocol (Please CC me and your area director on all club passing communications)
You may not approach a parent of a player directly, please contact the coach/manager first.
After approval from the coach, please contact the players parent with game information to see if they can play.
If they can play, I will either approve or deny the pass at which point I will send it to Cory.
If it is a player playing up a play group (9v9 > 11v11) they need a special form so please plan ahead and you are only allowed 4 per season.
