5. Prepositions Quiz Clear your desks of everything except a pen/pencil.
I will hand out the quiz. I have given you the first letter of each word.
You will be given 10 minutes to fill out the quiz.
Upon completion, flip the paper over.
MAKE SURE YOUR NAME IS AT THE TOP.

6. Prepositions Quiz Check
Swap papers with your partner from yesterday.
No Talking.
Take out a pen that is a different color.
ONLY MARK THE CORRECT ONES.
Write how many are correct at the top.

9. Partner Reading
Get into your pairs. Read and annotate “The Time Factor.” Read together and annotate your own copy of the passage. Focus on author’s purpose when annotating. Remember, do not only highlight.
When finished, answer the three discussion questions on the back. Your answers must be in complete sentences.
