Figure 1 Log-log plot demonstrating correlation of BCR-ABL1/BCR ratios to IS calibrators. Total RNA was extracted from pooled patient samples and diluted in total RNA from healthy donors. Replicates were tested together with IS calibrators by two technologists over 20 days. Data show near perfect correlation between sample dilutions and calibrators. Figure 2 Log transformations of BCR-ABL1/BCR ratios show linearity and lack of bias. For both the dilution samples and the IS calibrator samples, the slope equals 1, indicating no concentration-dependent bias, and R2 is nearly 1, indicating remarkable correlation.
