Your group will play the part of the management team for Cha Cha Chicken Shack. The restaurant has been slowly loosing business over the past six months. You believe that it could have to do with Ta Ta Taco Tundra moving in across the street and possible taking some of your business.

4. 1) Your boss (the owner) has considered changing the menu at Cha Cha Chicken Shack to offer a wider variety of foods that might attract more customers to the restaurant.
2) The owner’s other idea is to move Cha Cha Chicken Shack to a new location.
