4 Warm Up – Circle the adjectives and [box] the adverbs
The really big house stood atop the towering hill. Silly Hamlet did not know what he was doing. Black, Red, and Yellow, the waving German flag stood proud against the winter storm.

6 Adjective and Adverb Practice
Take a laptop and log onto Classroom. Download a copy of the worksheet and save it as a Google Doc. You may work with your partner who sits right beside you. Both of you need to turn in a completed sheet. Whatever isn’t completed is homework. When finished, read R&J and fill out your guide.

7 Poetry: Form Discussion
On classroom, there is an assignment for form. Complete your portion of it and post your answers. At this point, you will be able to see other classmates’ responses. You must respond to at least one classmate. Your responses must be at least 5-8 sentences long and must center around analyzing the text.

8 Romeo and Juliet Assignment
Take out your R&J books. You will follow along with the reader and annotate using their explanations to prompt your notes. If you do not finish, I will leave the assignment on classroom and you will be able to listen at home. To the Instructor, please press here.
