1 Starter Page 8 Did you choose to do an abstract image or a non- objective image for your glass project last class? Were you able to finish your project last time? Have you finished your 1 point perspective drawing yet? Have you paid your class fee yet?

3 Agenda Go over what we did last time. Talk about our next project.
Review of safety when working with glass. Finish glass pieces and begin loading into the kiln.

4 Last time We learned about fused glass.
We learned all the safety that is involved in working with glass. You all began a piece in glass.

5 Anamorphic illusions anamorphic-drawing-drawing-in.htm This is what you will create at the end of the project. You will need to use what you have learned in 1 point perspective, gridding, and blocking along with the new skill of object observational drawing to make this project work.

6 The Assignment – Fused Glass
Each of you has a piece of paper to hold your glass for the kiln. You will design an abstract or non-objective piece for this project. The assignment will be due at the end of class and will be graded at the end of class (your grade is dependent on you completing the assignment today not that it is fired or not)
