Good conductors of heat and electricity Have shiny, metallic luster Malleable – can be pounded/bent into shapes Ductile – can be drawn into wires

Non-Metals Located to the right of the bold line Properties:
Poor conductors of heat and electricity Dull, or earthy luster Shatter, or form powder when pounded Many are in the gaseous form
