Member company reporting and compliance requirements Need to update and correlate these requirements on a regular basis with AT Meeting the ongoing challenge in being properly informed, confident and effective in managing these matters

3 Member Company - Reporting to ÁT
Monthly reports - Breakdown of Total Income and Expenditure, including total hours. (Required so that ÁT can file KPI returns with HSE) Quarterly reports – Facilitates reporting of incidents, complaints, HR issues. Annual Reports – Required as part of the service review Annual Budget and Plan Copy of Insurance policy Tax Clearance Certificate Progress reports Financial Statement

Implementing Policies and Procedures PA Policies Health and Safety Policies Complaints and Disciplinary Policies Induction Policy and Checklist Employee Handbook Health and Safety Liaison Officer Staff Liaison Officer Risk Assessment/ Safety Statement Intimate and Personal Care plan Administration of Medication plan

8 Member Company - Employer Responsibilities
Garda Vetting PA Training Manual Handling Health and Safety at Work Adult and Child Protection (Evidence of training – copy of certificates) Register of Employee’s – to be kept in place of business Name and Address, PPS Number Date of commencement/ cessation All payroll/ staff record (Locked file)

10 Member Company – CRO requirements
Companies Act 2014 Conversion Period 18 months from June 2015 – Deadline November 2016 Some highlights (From November 2016 onwards) Companies Limited by Guarantee must end in CLG - all stationary etc. Director Duties highlighted Possibility of Audit Exemption (Discussions ongoing with HSE) ÁT will review the process first and follow up with members Annual Return Date 6 months after company is established (B1 form) Yearly thereafter (Financial Information as well) Deadline 28 days of date at the latest or fees will accrue

11 Member Company – CRO requirements
Annual General Meeting – refer to procedures outlined in Memorandum and Articles of Company All members of company must be invited Members register on file Board Meetings and minutes

12 Future Proofing - Need to undertake a review of your comprehension and customisation of all relevant policies and procedures.  - AT need to understand and respond to Members / Leaders training needs. We will undertake an Audit to inform the design and delivery of same within a month. - The use of the AT Website / Members  Area - its various resources etc
