Do Now:Describe the type of job you’re hoping to start after college. Question#1: Is it a service? Question #2: Would it be difficult to do well at the job you’ve described above if you lived in a small town?

2 ‘In human organization of space, the greatest physical contrast is that between rural and urban forms. The first two constitute, in a broad sense, service of “central place” functions – those provided from a center for a surrounding territory or hinterland…’
