Suspend Aviation Software Concentration for 3 years. No students are enrolled in the concentration.

Revise description

6. Aviation Science Continued
Eliminate ENGE 170 Program Concepts for Engineers and BUAD 252 Calculus with Business and Management Applications as options from Support Area. Other options are more consistent with program outcomes.

9. Honors College
Proposal to move the Richard A. Henson Honors Program to the Richard A. Henson Honors College.
Honors Colleges add 13 Basic Characteristics to the existing set of characteristics of the honors program
Changes required:
Director becomes Dean of the College as an equal collegiate unit within UMES and reports directly to the Chief Academic Officer
More honors courses/sections would be needed in some Schools
Permanent funding to replace Title III
