Waddle so you can Gobble! November Vitality Step Challenge
We all start to become less active this time of year, between the weather and the holidays. So this year, let’s make an effort to get and stay active! From November 1st through November 29th, track your TOTAL STEPS Sunday through Saturday. “Total Steps” are walking steps and any steps involved in exercise of any kind – running, biking, elliptical, treadmill, etc. Send a screen shot of your weekly total to Nicole Porter at People who achieve a minimum of 5,000 steps five times per week will earn 350 points at the end of the challenge. People who achieve 10,000 steps five times a week will earn 500 points at the end of the challenge. Remember, these points are in addition to the points Vitality awards for daily steps! Remember, you must complete your Vitality Health Review (VHR) beginning October 1st to activate your new plan year, earn points and to participate in this challenge. Please let Nicole know by October 28th if you will be participating!
