Baby Steps is a fun, free, interactive 8 week programme fully supported by a midwife Aims: Raise awareness of the risks of BMI>30 in pregnancy Empower, motivate and support women to take steps to reduce these risks and improve their health and wellbeing Delivering Now, Improving for the Future!

Achievements to date: 6 cycles of the programme completed and evaluated Number of women invited increasing 20% of eligible women actually attend, we would like this to increase so more women benefit Baby Steps toolkit developed NHS Grampian colleagues – testing toolkit Collaboration with innovation hub
