Take a blank sheet of paper from the front table. Fold it into thirds, write your name on one of the sections and make a name plate (like the one on the table)
On a sheet of paper, write:

Any nicknames that you have
Your parent/guardians’ names
A phone number that your parent/guardian can be reached at
Your birthday (month and day)
Your favorite cake/frosting combination
RETURNING STUDENTS:
