All About CULTURE Culture-consists of the ideas and traditions that a group of people share Heritage-the cultural background of a person (example: if you are Catholic, you do the sign of the cross at church) Traits-characteristics people have that people follow that are different around the world (example: like how one eats or dresses) Regions-areas where people have shared culture traits Ethnic group-group of people who are from the same physical background (Mexican American, African American, Asian American for example) Diffusion-the integration (mixing up) of different cultural traditions in an area
