For start up, $20,626.98, for each month, $30, in all, for the first month. To make up for the expenses we need $51,

75 customers per day at $30 each = $2,250 per day or $15,750 per week or $63,000 per month

11. Earnings Minus Expenses
By the end of the month, we have about $63, $51, is how much we need in the first month. We will have $11, left to spend on our own for food, equipment, etc…
From then on we won’t have have the start up cost. If we get a constant amount of money each month we’ll have $63, at the end of the month, so we’ll only have to pay $30, so we’ll have 32, to use at the end of the month.

Continent Days (1 day to each continent and that continent will have all meals ½ off.)
First 250 groups of customers get a free animal plush!
Donation to local schools
Every other week a animal a each continent will come to the restaurant. Tickets $3.00 for all ages. (tax included)
