Build strong relationships. Strive for healthy dating relationships. Have respect for others. Contribute to your community.

Create your own Wellness Plan
Using the 3 aspects of wellness create a plan to better your health. Make sure to use 2 examples or activities for each that you would be willing to implement into your life. MUST BE 3 PARAGRAHS LONG!! Distinguished Proficient Apprentice Novice All 3 aspects of wellness are implemented with at least 2 examples/activities. All 3 aspects of wellness are implemented with at least 1 example/activity. At least 2 aspects of wellness are implemented with at least 2 examples/activities. Student is able to recall the 3 aspects of wellness or examples/activities for each.
