Power level guide A microwave is set to 100% unless changed by the user. 100% power= degrees F. Reheat leftovers: to 165 degrees internal temperature. (70 %) Defrost meats at 30% or 180 degrees

What is Shielding: A process to help cook food more evenly in the microwave. Where ever you shield in slows down the cooking.

How Do You Shield?? Use SMALL amounts of tinfoil
Cover any area that is heating faster.
