Investigation 2 Claim: The cell’s DNA is transcribed by RNA polymerase to make mRNA inside the nucleus using base pairing of adenine, uracil, guanine and cytosine. mRNA travels outside into the cytoplasm where the mRNA is translated into amino acids from tRNA and then assembled into proteins on ribosomes(rRNA).
