1 Group Interaction Part I: Using available online resources, locate, summarize, and analyze two recent (within the last five years) articles that illustrate the types of group interaction. For each, be sure to provide the title, author, a brief summary of the article, and a clear explanation of how the article in question demonstrates the group interaction you chose. You must include a link to the article for any online article. Part II: Create a one-sheet document called “Welcome to A Bureaucracy!” to be distributed to employees in bureaucratic organizations. The goal of the one-sheet is to introduce new employees to the features of the organization where they will be working. Requirements include: -- Written to apply to a real-life example of a bureaucracy -- Features of a bureaucratic organization -- Benefits of bureaucracy (4) -- Challenges of a bureaucracy (2) -- Visuals/images for interest (2)
