5. WITH “YET” AND “ALREADY”:

UNFINISHED STATES WHICH START IN THE PAST AND ARE STILL TRUE.

6. Present Perfect or Past Simple?
Use the Present Perfect when there is a connection between the past and the present.
Use the Past Simple to talk about finished actions in the past, when the time is mentioned. We often use past time expressions: January, last week, yesterday…

7. Examples I´ve been to Madrid twice. (in my life up to now)
I went to Madrid in (on a specific occasion)
How long have you been married? (you´re still married)
How long were you married? (you´re not married now)
I´ve bought a new computer. (I don´t say when)
I bought a new computer on Monday. (I say when)
