Don’t forget a canal to the river

Take half of your commons (park) and add a nice house

Add 1 factory (must be near the river)

7. Round 5 Add 5 houses, 1 church, 1 pub and 1 store
You may draw 3-4 additional roads and an additional bridge

Add 5 tenements (apartment housing)
