6 Vocab Locard’s Exchange Principle – when two items come into contact, there will always be an exchange. This is the basis of trace evidence Trace Evidence – the material found at a crime scene or accident scene in small but measurable amounts

7 Turn and Talk Form a list of different types of trace evidence that forensic scientist can find at a crime scene.

8 Locard’s Pre-Lab Tomorrow’s lab is to analyze what fibers we can pull off of our t-shirts. Therefore, you can use the shirt you are wearing now or you can change shirts after school. Which ever choice you make. You must document ALL locations where you go throughout the day with that shirt on At the end of the day, place the shirt in a bag or Ziploc and bring it back into school tomorrow along with your sheet of documented locations

9 Deductive Reasoning Lab
You guys will work on this deductive reasoning activity in groups. Each group of four will only receive one packet Remember to delegate roles so everyone is involved Turn in data tables 1 & 2, and the four post-lab questions before you leave today to receive credit for the activity Make sure all names are on the document
