Ex: We are going over there. Their Is a possessive pronoun Ex: That is their dog. They’re Is a contraction for “they are” Ex: They’re going to the movies. Ex: They are going to the movies.

Your, You’re Your You’re Is a possessive pronoun
Ex: Your dog is swimming in the pool. You’re Is a contraction for “you are” Ex: You’re going to catch a cold if you do not bundle up. Ex: You are going to catch a cold if you do not bundle up.

Ex: Canada has great foliage, but its winters are interminable. It’s Is a contraction for “it is” Ex: It’s raining outside. Ex: It is raining outside.
