7. Write Thesis What is a thesis statement?
A thesis is the roadmap for your paper.
It provides the main claim and proof.
This is the single most important sentence in your paper.

Check for any spelling or grammar errors you might have.

Read your paper aloud to a partner and ask if they think you should change anything.
