2. Amylase
Location: Mouth
Function: converts starch  monosaccharides

3. Lipase Location: Stomach + Pancreas Function:
Gastric Lipase: degrades (break down) fat
Pancreatic Lipase: breaks down lipids  fatty acids + glycerol

4. Protease Location: Stomach + Pancreas
Function: breaks down proteins  amino acids
Ex:// trypsin + chymotrypsin

5. Pepsin Location: Stomach
Function: Breaks down proteins into smaller pieces

6. Bile Location: made in the liver, stored in the gall bladder
Function: Breaks down fats into fatty acids
