2 Today’s Topics Review Reports

3 Reports Menu You will use the Reports Menu to access different reports that will help you make your acceptance/decline decisions. Reports are organized by submission type and then by report content.

4 Submissions Report The Submissions report gives a summary of information for that submission – similar to what you see on the Manage Submissions page. It is downloadable to Excel.

5 Submission Summary Score Report
The Submission Summary Score report gives a summary of the average raw scores and if there is a standard deviation between reviews. The download to Excel in this case, gives the exact same information as the screen view, but it allows you to sort.

6 Submission Z-Score Report
Your only options are to download the reports – there is no screen view. The first link – Download Report – gives you a z-score report for all the submissions in that category. The second link – Download Reviewer Report – gives you a report for each reviewer.

7 Submission Summary Report
The Submission Summary report will aggregate the reviewer responses for each question per submission. If there are multiple reviewers, it will also list how many reviewers are included in the calculations. Text responses are displayed by question as well. DOWNLOAD and SAVE for reference if you are transferring to Scholar to Scholar!

Before transferring confirm: Submission is (well) reviewed Submitter indicated they would be willing to participate in this series. This is listed in the submission information in the “Manage Submissions” tab If transfer is approved, then it will be programmed. If programmed, unit must provide a wandering scholar to participate in the session.

9 Reviewer Responses (By Submission) Report
This report will display the reviewer responses by reviewer for each submission If a reviewer did not complete a review, it will note that.

10 Reviewer Status (By Submission) Report
This report displays the status of each reviewer per submission just like the Manage Submissions page. You can use this report to communicate with reviewers as well.
