7 A Series of Prompts… Draw your breakfast, Draw the inside of your refrigerator, Draw something you are thankful for, Draw a piece of fruit, Draw a piece of clothing, Draw your hand, Draw something you’ve made, Draw a view you see every day, Draw something from nature, Draw what you see in the morning, Draw what you ate for dinner, Draw your bed, Draw a shoe…

9 Shaving Cream Paper- Marbling
1.Apply a small amount of shaving cream to the plate and smooth it out 2. Drop small dollops of paint onto shaving cream 3. Use back of brushl to swirl paints to make a marbling pattern 4. Softly press paper onto shaving cream 5. Lift paper and scrap off shaving cream 6. Set paper to dry

10 Making a Visual Journal (we will do this together in person)
Each student will get 6 sheets of paper. Fold each paper individually and flatten fold with edge of ruler. Place each folded piece of paper together into one “book” Use binder clips to clamp each side and keep them secure (Keep them on for next steps) Use ruler to measure each half inch down the crease in the spine, use pencil to mark lightly (there should be 9 total) CAREFULLY thread the needle, NO knots Use the threaded needle to carefully stitch the binding (THERE IS A CERTAIN PATTERN TO STITCHING SO PLEASE ASK!) We will do this together! When stitched, write your full name and grade on the inside front cover and pass in to be pressed
