Act As
This allows the user to act as another user, via means of a temporary password which will work alongside the customer’s own password.
Reset Password
This allows you to reset a users password in the cases where they have forgotten it and don’t have access to the default address – please note appropriate security questions should be asked.
Unlock ID
This allows you to instantly unlock a users ID when they have locked themselves out due to the number of incorrect login attempts.
