2. A. Domains
1. Bacteria- small, single-celled prokaryotic organisms, have a cell-wall, reproduce by fission.
2. Archaea- prokaryotes that have cell membranes, may be autotrophic, inhabit harsh environments.
3. Eukarya- all eukaryotic organisms.

3. B. Kingdoms
1. Eubacteria- “true bacteria,” members of domain bacteria are in this kingdom.
2. Archaebacteria- includes domain archaea.

4. C. Eukarya Kingdoms
3. Protista- eukaryotes that are not plants, animals, or fungi.
4. Fungi- eukaryotic, heterotrophic organisms that are unicellular or multicellular. Absorb their nutrients.
Ex. Mushrooms, mold, mildew, etc.
5. Plantae- eukaryotic, multicellular plants. Autotrophic, photosynthetic.
6. Animalia- eukaryotic, multicellular, heterotrophic. Develop from an embryo. Ingest other organisms.
