Jot down at least three important points about conducting a statistical investigation
Preamble
A meaningful statistical investigation requires some time and for this reason at this point it is more meaningful to ask pupils to reflect on their previous work – this may be the first time the whole group has been given the opportunity to discuss their common experiences. Depending on the group, the discussion may need some direction if it is to be productive. It is conducive to paired working with outcomes forming a classroom display.
