Fruit Pizza Day 1 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 & 1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar 1 & 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. Sugar ½ t. baking soda 1/3 c. Shortening ¾ t. baking powder 3 T. Butter or margarine ¾ t. vinegar 1 egg Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using an electric mixer cream together brown sugar, sugar, shortening, butter and egg. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients and mix well. Add vinegar and mix well. Press dough into pizza pan using a straight edge spatula. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. After letting crust cool, cover with plastic wrap, label with kitchen number and class hour. Refrigerate overnight.

Fruit Pizza Day 2 8 oz. cream cheese ½ c. sugar ½ t. Vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese ½ c. sugar ½ t. Vanilla Cream all ingredients together using an electric mixer. Spread over pizza crust. Clean and cut assorted fruits and arrange on cream cheese layer of pizza. Possible fruits: Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, kiwi, bananas, oranges, raspberries, grapes. You may choose 3
