Starter On page 8 of your book answer the following questions.
What is one piece of jewelry you have always wanted to learn to make. Do you know someone that loves jewelry? What size are they? Draw a pair of earrings with a design of your choice.

Agenda for today Review what we did last time.
Demonstration on how to stamp, drill, and saw your sheet metal. Designs are due on sheet metal and beginning to cut today. If you do not have the sheet metal with a design on it by the end of class today you will be getting a travel pass as your ticket out of class.

Last time We reviewed our safety test and made sure everyone had it correct. We demonstrated and passed off how to put in a saw blade. Many of you got your designs done, but only a few began sawing. If you were not here last time you will need a travel pass to catch up if you do not get caught up today.

What should you be doing?
You should be cutting out your design from the paper and gluing it to the sheet metal. Once done you should begin sawing your sheet metal. If you are behind let me know what I can do to help.

Clean up… Make sure you are putting all supplies away where they belong. None of the supplies belong in your box. Make sure you throw away broken saw blades. Last time a students left supplies out, boxes out, sketch books out, and papers. If this happens again I will have to have us all spend a class period learning to clean properly than clean the entire class room. Please clean up and put things away where they belong every time.

Ticket out of class If you were sawing you will get a paper showing that you are on task. If you were not sawing than your exit ticket is your travel pass for this week to catch up.
