5 personal The food that he got himself
To make his meal this way he had to learn how to do things he didn’t before How to distinguish the good food over the bad How to transform the food over store bought

6 End result “the Perfect Meal” The labor and thought intensive dinner
Able to know where everything came from more appreciative of the meal
