3. Log In log in using your rcs username and password

4. Course Request click on course request

5. Change course requests you can use either top or bottom

6. Departments

7. Click on departments This list will come up You will only use Electives and World Languages

8. World Language Click on world language and search courses if you are planning on taking a world language in 8th grade

9. World Language Choices

10. Request world language select the world language of your choice Click on twice (one for each semester)

11. Move to selected course requests First select course and then move to selected course request

12. Band or choir click on departments then electives request band or choir move selections

13. Alternatives must be chosen in the order you have selected them ( 1st alternative click first) then move to selected course request

14. Alternate elective request

15. 13 requests once you have 13 requests and at least 2 alternatives you are done scheduling Print this screen and attach it to your schedule card

16. Helpful hints
If you need to correct a mistake on your schedule click REMOVE button on the left hand side of the course and then repeat scheduling process. DO NOT CLICK LOCK SCHEDULE Parents need to sign both Synergy schedule and schedule cards A copy of this power point link is on the West Website under Helpful Links
