How to make a healthy fruit crumble
Weigh 200g of Wholemeal flour and 100g of butter using the electronic scales. Rub together in a mixing bowl until it is like breadcrumbs. Add 100g of brown sugar plus 50g of oats, and mix together. Wash, peel and chop your apples, remember to use a chopping board. Place the apples in the bottom of the oven proof dish adding 50g of chopped dried apricots and any extras i.e. cinnamon, cloves etc. Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the fruit lightly. Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes on 200°C
