1. M.A.R.S. / Ace It! Dear Parent,
We have blasted off for another exciting year of M.A.R.S. (Math and Reading Saturday). Your child now has the opportunity to participate in the FREE Ace It! Tutoring by highly qualified teachers here at Central Elementary School every Saturday from 9:00-12:00. In addition to receiving quality tutoring in reading and/or math, students will have the opportunity to participate in physical fitness activities and the computer lab. Students will receive FREE snacks every Saturday and Free transportation will be provided to and from school. Ace It! Tutoring will provide reading and math instruction based on the needs of your student. Students are rewarded for attendance and participation in class through shopping sprees! This is a great way for students to firm up math and reading skills and enable them to be more successful in school. Please sign the permission slip below and return it to Central by Friday, September 5, Your child may begin the program on Saturday, September 13, 2008 if the permission slip is turned in.
