Find Day 96, “Granny’s Garden”
The picture above is a sketch Granny made for the garden she planted. She sometimes forgets where she plants her vegetables so she keeps this sketch nearby at all times. Use Granny’s Garden to create adding and subtracting problems. Record your questions in the space provided. What is similar between this diagram and the last? What is different about this diagram and the last?

Find Day 96, “Granny’s Garden”
You are going to work independently to create questions based on Granny’s Garden. Once everyone has created their questions, we will switch questions with a partner. You will answer your partner’s questions. Then we will switch back and the author of the questions will check to make sure his/her classmates correctly answered the questions. If time permits, volunteers can share their questions with the class!!
