Make sure you bring it to class everyday. Give the students their books and tell them to take them to their lockers.

7 Gather Up The Self Starter
While the students work on the report the teacher will correct and record scores for the self starter.

8 Chemical and Physical Properties Report [ 6]
Take out a sheet of lined paper. Build a box in the upper right hand of the paper. Put a 6 in this box. This will be assignment number 6 and needs to be kept in your portfolio. Title this assignment the Topic Name found on the Team Handout and Grading Rubric Lesson 81. The report needs to be at least 200 words or one page if your writing is normal sized.

9 Grading Criteria You will be graded on neatness.
How well everyone gets along on the team. How well the presenter presents. How much help the students gave each other during the written part of the assignment.

10 Divide the class in Teams of 3 or 4 students
Do not allow students to choose their own teams. Assign each team a team number. Pass out the Team Handout & Grading Rubric. Log into the computers. Students can use their computers of the USOE Science Book. Allow the students the rest of the period to work on their reports. The teams will read their reports to the class tomorrow.
