The database and data entry program have been adjusted to better reflect the actual data.

The PC version will be nearly identical to the Web Version. It will be run through a browser but will use a local database.
This will require that Personal Web Server (PWS) be installed. PWS is free and comes with Windows 98 and It is also available for Windows 95 and NT.
A simplified data entry program will also be included.
