3. Ovulograph™ use example: symptometry
Physicians can correlate symptoms with folliculogenesis to facilitate differential diagnosis. Here for PMS/PMDD vs. clinical depression.
The technology enables the input of symptometric and other auxiliary data in synchrony with the folliculogenesis data, which in turn enables the physician to provide a better medical help. This is unprecedented both in terms of providing the longitudinal cyclic profile data, and the correlated auxiliary data needed for effective diagnosis and treatment.
(For example, the determination whether the COPE score rise is pre-ovulatory or post-ovulatory is essential for effective diagnosis of PMS/PMDD, currently not available .)
Another auxiliary data is the background monitoring for tissue aberration, which will provide an innocuous and widely accessible screen for pathologies such as cervical cancer, significantly improving upon the current Pap smear screening.
