This is a brain teaser. See how many students can figure out the pattern without giving it away to anyone else. Listen to what Silly Sally likes and doesn’t like. What is the pattern? 4 Visitors in the Building
This week, we will have many visitors in our building from the Kentucky Department of Education. The KDE visits schools all over Kentucky. People may come into your classrooms and observe your learning. They may also ask you questions about your learning.

With a partner, brainstorm what the SOAR expectations would look like for each letter. Stay on Task– What would this look like? Offer Your Best– What would this look like? Act Responsibly– What would this look like? Respect Does the Rest– What would this look like?

7 Activity- SOAR with Visitors
With your partner, draw scenes about what SOAR looks like with visitors. You can use stick figures and word bubbles. Be ready to share with the class.
