Language Arts: Tuesday 10/16 I.N. 49
Create a Venn Diagram that takes up the entire page of I.N. page 49. With your partner, read through your article on how to create an instruction manual. Write down important facts and take notes on their tips on one side of the diagram. We will switch articles after 5 minutes. Take notes on the second article on the other side, then add details to the center of your Venn Diagram on how the two articles are similar.

Take notes on how you would go about giving directions for this skill or item. (have at least 10 steps, but probably more)

Language Arts: Wednesday 10/17 I.N. 50
We will pass around the instruction manuals that were brought yesterday. Each partner should have one. Give the instruction manual a title. How does it help you understand how to work the device? Or if it is confusing, what parts make it that way? You should have notes on at least 5 manuals when we finish.
