2. CPR D-Danger,to others and casualty R-Response
S-shout or send for help
A-airway,no blockeges and the airway open
B-breathing,look listen and feel
C-cpr,cardopulmoary resucittion

3. CPR Lay casualty back Pinch nose (we don’t do this first Heather)
Do 30 chest compressions and 2 breaths
Do 5 times (we repeat as often as necessary until help arrives)
May use a defibrillator if available, especially if in a remote area. Machine talks you through the process
CALL 999 as soon as possible
