1. Pop and Mentos!!!

2. Question Which one of these sodas have the biggest explosion????
Crush soda or mountain dew

3. BACKROUND Why I chose to do the pop and mentos???
I chose the pop and mentos because I wanted to see which one of these pops would have the biggest explosion. Also, I wanted to know what the whole thing would look like. And how it would reacted to the mentos and the kinds of soda’s I’m using. (P.S. I like explosions)

4. Variables Independent:Type of soda
dependent:How much soda is left in the bottle.
Controls:How much mentos put in, How much soda, and what type.

5. Hypothesis
If I put 3 mentos into each soda then I think that Crush will have the least amount of soda.

6. Materials I need Crush soda, and Mountain Dew. I need Mentos.
Geyser tube.
Measuring tool .
Something to put the pop in.

7. Procedure you put one of the sodas in the container.
then put the mentors in the gusher tube
Now put the geyser tube on the bottle tight
Then you pull the pin out of the tube
When finished measure how much soda was left in the bottle.
Next you clean out the tools and do it again with different soda and new mentos.

8. Data
What happend in the process is I drop 3 mentos in the mountain due then soda shot up and there's half a letter left. Then I did orange crush I put 3 mentos in then soda shot up then I lost more than have a letter of orange crush soda.

My conclusion is that orange crush lost more soda than mountain due.
