Vocabulary Definitions
Sagacity: Intelligence, ability to understand situations and make good decisions. Audacity: Daring, willingness to take (often unwise) risks. Gesticulations: Movements, usually with the hands, that add to the meaning of something that is being said. Acute: Heightened, intense, sensitive. Suppositions: Something that is believed to be true by someone who doesn't know for sure. Derision: Scorn, lack of respect. Stealthily: quiet and secret in order to avoid being noticed Plank: a long, thick board that is used especially in building something Vex: to annoy or worry (someone) Suavity: Grace and good manners.
