2 Purpose The purpose of this presentation is to take a closer look at the academic performance of our 7th grade students on the Language Arts and Reading portions of the CRCT. We will specifically focusing on strengths and weaknesses observed in order to determine any student learning problems and possible solutions. We will review the following: Demographic Information CRCT Scores for Language Arts and Reading CRCT Scores by Strand

Title 1 High Progress Reward School   making progress in state testing over the past three years Consistently scoring in the top 10% of Title 1 Middle Schools Still falling in the bottom 50% of schools overall in the state BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) School School Services: Economically Disadvantaged Remedial Students with Disabilities Gifted ELL
