4. Previous close is what the trade price was at the close of the previous day.
Open is what the trade price was at the opening of the day.
The stock market is open from 9:30am – 4pm Monday through Friday.

5. Bid is the highest price that a brokerage firm has announced it’s willing to pay for a share of stock at 100 shares.
Ask is the lowest price that a firm has said it’s willing to sell a particular stock at 100 shares.

6. Day’s High and Day’s Low are the maximum and minimum prices that a stock has varied by over the course of the day

7. 52 week range are the maximum and minimum prices stock has sold for over the course of the last year

8. Volume is the total number of shares of stock that have been traded throughout a single day

Average volume is the average amount of stocks that have been traded in the past 3 months

9. The dividend rate is the amount a company pays to its investors per share on a quarterly basis.
